Turnaround time (TAT) begins every Monday and is approximately 4-6 weeks for embroidery unless otherwise specified. Orders must be submitted by Sunday at 10pm E.S.T. to be included in the Monday order. For example, if you place an order on a Wednesday, your turnaround time begins the following Monday. If you mix items with different TAT, they will be grouped into the longest TAT for the items. This does not include shipping times. Turnaround times are an estimate and times may vary with number of orders. Embroidery is a lengthy method of apparel decoration, and a large number of orders can affect turnaround times.
Shipping Policy – The price of shipping is based on weight. We ship UPS or by hand if local to Southern MD (Calvert, St. Mary’s, some Charles and Anne Arundle Counties). All packages are shipped from our shop in Lusby, MD. Once a package has shipped, PFG is NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages. In the event that a package or packages are lost or damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact UPS and file a claim. If a package or packages have also been marked delivered but you did not receive it, it is also the customer’s responsibility to contact UPS.
Return Policy We love our products but due to the personalization, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the event that a mistake has been made on our end (wrong item, size, monogram, item color, thread color, etc.), please contact us within 48 HOURS of the delivery date. We are able to check the delivery date via tracking information. If requested by us, the item MUST be returned for inspection. If the item has been used or worn, the return will be not accepted, and no refund will be granted. If a return is not accepted and you would like the item returned to you, you must pay for shipping via invoice. If the item is able to be replaced, no refund will be processed, and the item will be remade. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be processed. In the event we remake the item, there will be no changes other than correcting the mistake (no changes in thread color, sizes, etc.). When ordering, please double check all selections. Changes to Orders/Cancellations/Adding to Orders Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. This includes the spelling of children’s names, colors, sizes etc. Orders can be cancelled if product has not yet been ordered. There is a 10% fee on cancelled orders to cover processing fees. You cannot add to orders once they have been placed. A separate order must be placed and orders cannot be combined with the same TAT.
